When I read God’s Word, I see that Jesus was always giving.  He gave help, healing, encouragement, guidance, and provided financially for his disciples, with a boatload of fish for their fishing business.  But most of all He gave unconditional love.

It has been an exciting adventure to look for places to give.  Scripture tells us in Luke 6:38, “If you give, you will receive.  Your gift will return to you in full measure, pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, and running over.  Whatever measure you use in giving---large or small---it will be used to measure what is given back to you.”(NLT)  If you want a friend, give friendship, if you want help, help others, love, be loving.  Even if you are in need of finances, sow into someone’s life by offering your services or money.  You will be blessed as you give, because we truly do “reap what we sow.” (Galatians 6:7)

Remember, God loves a cheerful giver.
