God ALWAYS shows up!  One thing I have learned is that no matter what, God ALWAYS shows up!  ALWAYS.  In the moments when my heart feels it has been ripped apart…

When I feel desperate and afraid.

When I don’t know from where my next pay check will come.

When I am so overwhelmed that I don’t want to face my day. 

Even in times when my heart feels so lonely it simply aches. 

God always shows up.

The thing is - I think He likes it when I finally decide to trust Him… surrender… wait… and allow Him to actually do His thing.  It’s when we stop and remember how much HE LOVES US.  That He is our Father – our amazing provider.  As we recognize WHO He is in our life, we become overwhelmed by His presence and the security in knowing He WILL show up.  It just may not always be how we expect it or how we think He should do it.  Because, our thoughts are not His thoughts.  And, our ways are not His ways.  And, His ways are always better. 

Often times God uses the Body of Christ to “show up” in our lives.  Over the years, through situations in my life, I have felt the love and support from my Eagles Way family.  I am so grateful for those that have prayed for me, called me, and loved me. How do people do life on their own?  I have no idea.  Yes, God ALWAYS shows up, and one of the ways He does that is by using you and me to “show up” for others.   Eagles Way is a family, and I’m so glad to be a part.
