Am I being led by the Holy Spirit or is He just following me around.

 This statement has recently had a tremendous impact upon my life. It takes a deliberate, intentional effort to be led by an unseen force. I emphasize the “unseen” because His force is evident in our lives. I also know there are times when He is leading me and I just don’t know it. It’s like helping your kids through life and them thinking it’s their idea. Nevertheless, I want to be more attuned to that small gentle voice inside that leads and directs my life in the way  that I am to go. We have the privilege of a moment-to-moment coach with us to encourage and inspire us to meet our challenges in life. I encourage you to be grateful for things that happen in your life that are good and lovely and not to write them off as being in the right place at the right time or just happening by chance. He is with you always and has promised to never leave us or forsake us. It’s good to know that I can intentionally be lead by the Holy Spirit and at other times be lead by Him simply because He loves us that much and wants the best for our lives.
